UDO Audio DMNO Keyboard Black: binaural hybrid synthesis without compromise

The UDO Audio DMNO Keyboard Black is an 8-voice polyphonic hybrid synthesizer designed to deliver a deep, three-dimensional and highly performative sound experience. With its two independent 4-voice fully multitimbral engines, it enables splits, layers and advanced configurations ideal for live sets, production studios and experimental sound design.

The architecture combines ultra-high resolution FPGA digital oscillators with a fully analog per-voice filter path, creating a perfect balance of digital precision and analog warmth.

FPGA Oscillators and Super-Wave Stereo

Each engine integrates two "super-wave" FPGA oscillators with a central oscillator and six secondary oscillators that can be dynamically phased in the stereo field. This enables the generation of wide, thick and aliasing-free sounds, perfect for powerful bass, cinematic pads and defined leads.

Binaural mode: 3D spatiality and depth

In Binaural mode, each voice uses two independent full paths (left/right), allowing detune and de-phase between oscillators, filters and amplitude. The result is an extremely immersive three-dimensional spatiality. Four stereo "super voices" are available in this mode.

Dynamic Multi-Core Stereo VCF: per-voice analog filter.

The Multi-Core stereo analog filter, which is fully reconfigurable, can operate in parallel, stereo or series mode. Different types (low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, all-pass and phase shifter) with different slopes and combinations are available, always maintaining a musical character even in overdrive conditions.

• EQ with low shelf, high shelf and parametric mid band

Multi-mode arpeggiator is MIDI synchronizable, equipped with Smart Hold and possibility of synchronization of LFO 1 and delay to internal or external clock.
