RYK Modular Vector Wave Used is a powerful Eurorack oscillator that combines two of the most iconic synthesis technologies of the 1980s: FM Synthesis and Vector Synthesis. Designed for producers, sound designers and modular synth enthusiasts, this module offers a complete standalone voice without the need for external VCAs, envelopes or LFOs.

FM Eurorack oscillator with 16 oscillators and vector synthesis

Vector Wave integrates 16 oscillators divided into 4 freely configurable banks in series or parallel, enabling the creation of complex FM patches, additive synthesis and digital evolutionary textures. The sound engine is capable of moving from crystalline 80s timbres to aggressive modern sounds.

Advanced FM synthesis with dynamic morphing

The built-in vector joystick allows continuous morphing between the four oscillator banks, generating expressive timbral movements perfect for live performances. Movements can be recorded, played back via triggers, or modulated from internal and external sources.

Wave Warping and Wave Folding for extreme sounds

The Wave Warping and Wave Folding functions add character and aggression to the FM engine by continuously transforming waveforms between sine, pulse, and saw-like waveforms. This makes the module extremely versatile for digital basses, kinematic pads, metallic leads and experimental sound design.

Dual LFOs and built-in envelopes for complete patches

Vector Wave includes two envelope generators and two fully assignable LFOs as modulation destinations. In polyphonic modes, envelopes are available on a per-voice basis, making the module also ideal for advanced polyphonic configurations.
