The Waves Renaissance Channel combines in a single plugin all the essential functions for audio processing: compression, expansion/gating, advanced equalization, and independent sidechain. Designed for producers and sound engineers who want efficiency and sound quality, this channel strip is perfect for every stage of production.
Choose between R-Comp mode, which also includes upward expansion, or R-Vox, which is optimized for vocals. Both support sidechaining and offer precise, musical dynamic control.
The built-in equalizer includes four parametric bands, each with bell response or high/low resonance shelf. The extreme channels also offer high-pass and low-pass filters for total control over the signal.
The expander module can also be used as a gate, ideal for handling noise or defining percussion. Both dynamic sections have independent sidechains for extreme flexibility.
The Renaissance Channel includes a switchable spectrum analyzer and the ability to rotate the stereo image for advanced spatial control. You can invert the phase, choose the order between EQ and dynamics, and activate a protection limiter.
