TipTop Audio 230t: Advanced control via audio signal

The TipTop Audio 230t Triple Envelope Follower is a versatile module designed to generate control signals (CV) and pulses (gate/pulse) from audio signals. Through collaboration with Buchla, the 230t brings the advanced functionality of the original Buchla 230 module to the Eurorack world.

SUSTAINED and TRANSIENT modes: Flexibility and precision

Each channel has two operating modes. In SUSTAINED mode, the module generates a pulse until the signal exceeds a specific threshold. In TRANSIENT mode, it detects attack transients, even in the presence of background noise or amplitude variations, making the module ideal for dynamic and reactive applications.

Control your Eurorack system with audio signals.

The 230t allows you to modulate filters, trigger sequencers, control VCAs, or activate Sample & Hold functions in direct response to audio. With three inputs and associated envelope and gate outputs, it offers great flexibility and creativity in complex patches.
