Focusrite RedNet D16R MkII is a powerful 16x16 AES3 digital interface for Dante systems, designed to integrate into professional audio environments that require high accuracy and reliability. The 1U rack-mount device provides AES3 I/O on DB25 connectors, with support for XLR and RCA alternatives for S/PDIF inputs and outputs.

Full control, redundancy and flexibility

Each channel is individually adjustable via RedNet Control software, allowing detailed level calibration. Dual internal power supplies and network redundancy with etherCON ensure business continuity even under critical conditions, with automatic switching in case of failure.

Advanced synchronization and transparent conversion

The RedNet D16R MkII supports various clock sources (Word Clock, AES, DARS, Dante Master) and features sample rate converters on each input, making it ideal for heterogeneous sample rate environments. LED indicators on the front panel provide immediate feedback on operational status.

Professional compatibility and integration

Fully integrable with all RedNet and Red interfaces, the D16R MkII fits into any Audio-over-IP infrastructure, and is fully controllable via RedNet Control and Dante Controller. Ideal for recording studios, post-production, broadcast and complex installations.
