RME ARC USB is a wired remote controller designed to provide instant access to the most frequently used functions of TotalMix FX software. With its highly customizable configuration, it simplifies workflow and greatly increases efficiency in everyday studio or live use.

Universal Compatibility with RME Interfaces

The ARC USB is compatible with all RME interfaces supported by TotalMix FX, even older ones dating back to 2001. It connects via USB (standard 1.1) and is automatically recognized by the operating system without conflicts with other MIDI controllers. It is natively supported on Windows and macOS.

Standalone and Multidevice Modes

In addition to connecting to the computer, ARC USB can be connected directly to RME interfaces equipped with a USB host port (e.g., UFX Series, 802 FS, UCX II, MADIface XT II), operating in standalone mode. It can also control multiple interfaces simultaneously by automatically handling device-specific commands.

Simple Installation and Extended Reach

Being bus-powered and low-powered, it can also be used with long USB cables (up to 10m) or with active USB 2 extensions for distances over 20m. The encoder and buttons offer precise and responsive control, perfect for any operating environment.
