Erica Synths Dual Drive (Used) is a used Eurorack module designed to add saturation, distortion, and analog character to any sound source. Thanks to its two fully independent overdrive circuits, it can be used either as a dual mono processor or as a stereo effect, offering tremendous flexibility in creating aggressive tones for drums, synthesizers, and modular audio signals.

Dual Analog Overdrive for Eurorack Synthesizers

The module features two identical overdrive sections, each equipped with dedicated Gain and Drive controls. The output of the first section is normalized to the input of the second, automatically creating a cascaded double saturation capable of producing extreme distortion and a rich harmonic presence.

Each section features a selector switch that lets you choose between three different overdrive types, offering a wide range of tones—from warm, musical saturation to aggressive distortion—perfect for electronic music, industrial, and experimental sound design.

CV Control of Gain and Drive

The Gain and Drive parameters can be controlled either manually or via CV voltages, with dedicated attenuators that allow for dynamic and continuous modulation. This feature makes the Dual Drive particularly effective during live performances and evolving patches.

Built-in Limiter and Stereo Operation

The built-in limiter keeps the output level under control, preventing unwanted clipping even at very high saturation settings. The module can be used either as a dual mono processor or as a stereo effect, making it ideal not only for modular drums but also for bass, leads, sequences, effects, and any other Eurorack audio source.
