Footprint FP-01 Gen 2: compact, high-performance evolution

The Barefoot Sound Footprint®01 Gen2 represents a revolution in the Footprint range. Completely redesigned from the first generation, it offers more power, transparency and detail through a tri-amped configuration with dedicated Class D amplifiers for each driver. The sealed cabinet is acoustically optimized to ensure linear response, reduced distortion and accurate imaging.

Dual-ring Tweeter for detailed high range

The 1" dual-ring radial tweeter offers extended excursion and reduced compression. Advanced magnetic system with copper shorting rings ensures clarity and fidelity even at high volumes.

High-fidelity 5" aluminum midrange driver

Aluminum midrange driver provides rigidity and resonance control, with a high-sensitivity motor and improved thermal dissipation for consistently reliable performance.

8" Woofers with Dual-Force™ Technology.

Two 8" woofers mounted on die-cast aluminum frames cancel internal vibrations, maintaining a controlled and powerful bass down to 30 Hz. The system is powered by a dedicated 500W amplifier.

DSP, SPOC™ and MEME™ innovations.

With its advanced DSP platform, Footprint Gen2 optimizes frequency response and minimizes latency (3ms). SPOC™ Technology introduces analog crossovers before digital conversion, improving resolution and signal-to-noise ratio. MEME™ Technology enables realistic emulation of iconic monitors, optimizing listening in different environments.

MDF cabinet with internal bracing and total acoustic damping ensures stability, optimal transient response, and professional aesthetics with matte gray finish.
