Erica Synths Bullfrog XL (EU plug) is the Teacher Edition of the celebrated educational synthesizer developed in collaboration with Richie Hawtin. Designed for classroom use, it expands the concept of the standard Bullfrog by tripling its size to provide maximum visibility and educational interaction. With built-in oscilloscope and all-analog architecture, it is an ideal tool for teaching the principles of subtractive synthesis in a clear and engaging way.

With its enlarged size and built-in 2-channel oscilloscope, Bullfrog XL enables real-time visualization of waveforms and modulations, facilitating understanding of the fundamental concepts of sound synthesis. Complete analog architecture

Bullfrog XL maintains the classic structure of subtractive synthesis with high-precision VCO (tracking over 8 octaves), Zener diode noise generator, resonant lowpass filter (VCF), VCA with adjustable offset, and analog delay with tempo and feedback control.
