Lo 0-Coast è un sintetizzatore monofonico semimodulare. Il suo nome deriva dal fatto che utilizza le caratteristiche sia di Moog che di Buchla ( Est Cost e West Coast), ma non ricorda nessuna delle due per questo ” no coast synthesis”. Quindi lo o-Coast utilizza i classici parametri di sintesi, è stato progettato per lavorare con o senza “patchare” i cavi. Le connessioni principali sono state create per renderlo un synth più espressivo e musicale. Usando solo un MIDI controller potrei aere un nuovo timbro per la tua musica. Usando i cavi patch inclusi potrai sperimentare nuovi modi di usare la macchina e “intrecciare” i circuiti. Si può anche scollegare del MIDI e utilizzare i suoi ingressi in FM o aumentar ele armoniche per creare un singolo drone come non l’hai mai sentito.
