Erica Synths EDU DIY Noise/S&H - Random Generator and Analog Sample & Hold

Erica Synths EDU DIY Noise/S&H is a DIY module in Eurorack format that combines a multi-color analog noise generator with a JFET-based Sample & Hold circuit. A fundamental tool in modular synthesis, the Sample & Hold is often the element that transforms an ordinary patch into something distinctive and unpredictable.

Ideal for self-sequencing, random modulations on filters and oscillators, or for achieving rough analog "bitcrushing" effects, this module offers great operational flexibility thanks to its built-in internal clock and a dedicated Slew output, which allows softening transitions between sampled values.

Three Noise Colors for Greater Versatility

In addition to the classic White Noise, the module also includes Pink and Blue Noise, expanding the sonic possibilities both as a source to be sampled and as a stand-alone timbral material. This combination makes the module an essential creative tool for experimental, ambient, techno and advanced sound design patches.

mki x es.EDU Educational Series - Learn Analog Design

Developed by Erica Synths in collaboration with Moritz Klein, the mki x es.EDU series is designed to teach analog synthesizer circuit design even to those starting from scratch. Each kit guides the user step by step, explaining circuit choices and the fundamentals of sound synthesis.

The complete system includes 9 modules to build a complete modular monosynth, including VCO, VCF, Envelope, VCA, sequencer and mixer. Each kit includes an in-depth manual that can be downloaded separately. No technical support is provided for any DIY assembly issues.
