MIDI adapter for Intellijel Metropolix cases.

• Allows Metropolix to communicate via MIDI via the MIDI and USB jacks built into Intellijel Palette 4U and Performance 7U cases

Metropolix Backpack: expand your sequencer with built-in MIDI

The Metropolix Backpack allows your Metropolix sequencer to become the MIDI hub of your Eurorack system. When mounted on the back of the module, it connects directly to the 10-pin MIDI header found in Intellijel 4U Palette or 7U Performance cases, taking advantage of the case's built-in MIDI and USB jacks.

MIDI communication takes place without sacrificing CV/GATE functionality-you can sequence Eurorack modules, external synthesizers and software plug-ins simultaneously. A cable to extend the USB port and a stable stand with screw attachment are included.

Compatibility

• Case Intellijel 4U Palette: TRS MIDI IN/OUT (except 62HP) + USB MIDI
• Case Intellijel 7U Performance: MIDI 5-Pin In/Out/Thru + USB MIDI

Note

• Not compatible with GX expansion module when installed
• Case MIDI jacks can only be connected to one module at a time
