ALM Busy Circuits Pamela’s Disco synchronizes your Eurorack system and other compatible devices to the Master Tempo of a PRO DJ LINK network. In practice, it keeps your modular system in sync with your decks, paving the way for hybrid DJ sets where sequencers, drum voices, and modulations follow every track you’re mixing. Mixing, overdubbing, spinbacks, and scratching—everything stays locked to the modular’s tempo.

Your modular system in sync with PRO DJ LINK decks

The Disco listens to the PRO DJ LINK network via an Ethernet connection and converts the Master Tempo information into standard clock signals for the modular. Setup is instant: just plug it in and it works, with no menus or configurations required. Automatic start and stop detection starts and stops the system in sync with the players.

DIN Sync x24, Run, and beat/bar triggers

The DIN Sync-style analog clock outputs at 24 pulses per quarter note, along with the Run output, ensure precise and reliable synchronization with drum machines and sequencers. The additional beat and bar trigger outputs let you trigger patterns, reset sequences, or events exactly on the track’s downbeat.

Resync and LED Indicators for Performance

The LEDs display connection status, module status, and tempo. The Resync button offers manual control with locking to the output clock beat—it’s the tool you need to cue the modular, realign it on the fly, or make precise adjustments during transitions between tracks.

Pair it with Pamela’s PRO Workout

The Disco pairs naturally with Pamela’s PRO Workout: once it receives the tempo from the decks, Pam multiplies it and divides it into clock signals, patterns, and modulations—all in perfect time. Using Pamela’s PRO Workout expanders, you can also obtain a MIDI Clock output to synchronize external synths and drum machines.

Compatibility with Pioneer DJ Players

Pamela’s Disco is designed to work with most PRO DJ LINK equipment, but the models that have been tested and confirmed as compatible are the Pioneer XDJ-700, XDJ-1000MK2, CDJ-3000, CDJ-2000, and CDJ-3000X. All-in-one systems, such as the Pioneer XDJ-AZ, are not currently supported.
