Eventide UltraTap is a highly creative multi-tap plug-in designed to generate rhythmic delays, experimental reverbs, evolutionary modulations and complex ambient textures. A direct descendant of the algorithm found in the H9 Harmonizer®, UltraTap transforms any audio source into dynamic and deeply expressive soundscapes.

UltraTap allows you to use up to 64 simultaneous taps to create simple repeats or complex effects ranging from chorus, reverse reverb and ambient textures to glitchy rhythm patterns and cinematic modulations. It is an ideal tool for electronic producers, sound designers, guitarists and experimental musicians.

With advanced spacing, spread and modulation controls, UltraTap can quickly transform from a classic multi-delay to a creative processor capable of generating huge pad-like swells, stuttering rhythms, atmospheric choruses and abstract reverbs. The "Slurm" control also allows you to blend and modulate taps for unique and ever-changing sound textures.

One of the hallmarks of UltraTap is The Ribbon, an innovative morphing system that allows you to fluidly switch between two different plug-in configurations in real time. Together with the programmable HotSwitch, it offers a highly musical performance approach that is ideal both in the studio and live.

UltraTap includes more than 150 professional presets, including numerous artist presets signed by Chris Carter, Colin Newman, Sasha and other reference musicians. The plug-in also supports synchronization to DAW tempo, MIDI control, Tap Tempo and Mix Lock, ensuring a modern workflow that is seamlessly integrated into contemporary productions.
