Noise Engineering Roucha Legio: modular stereo filter with character

Roucha Legio is Noise Engineering's first dedicated filter, a long-awaited response from the community. It is a 12 dB/oct multi-mode stereo filter with lowpass, bandpass and highpass modes, fully controllable via encoder or CV. With extremely accurate 1v/8va tracking, it integrates seamlessly into complex melodic patches.

Creative wavefolding and advanced control

The presence of Fold control allows you to add harmonic saturation before, after or on either side of the filter to create unique textures. In addition, modulable resonance ranges from sweet and musical to squelchy acid for powerful and dynamic basslines.

Filter with gate-modulated bypass

Roucha Legio includes an instant bypass function via encoder or gate input, ideal for build-ups and transitions. This feature makes it not only sonically powerful, but also performs well in live sets.

Legio platform: free firmware updates

Like all Legio modules, Roucha is USB upgradeable with free alternative firmware, opening up new sonic possibilities in just a few clicks. A flexible solution for those seeking continuous evolution in their modular setup.
