FXDf: fixed 6-band filter for dynamic spectral synthesis

Make Noise FXDf (Fixed Filter) is a compact analog filter module designed to isolate and shape specific frequency bands in a Eurorack system. Unlike traditional fixed filters, which often lack voltage control, FXDf allows full modularity with its 6 individual outputs and direct connection to the RxMx module for percussive and dynamic animations.

Dual slope and timbral versatility

The module integrates two response curves (6dB/oct and 12dB/oct), inspired by the classic Serge and Moog systems, allowing one or both to be used simultaneously. This configuration also makes it an excellent tool for creative blending between two audio signals.

Band selection for maximum sonic effectiveness

The FXDf's 6 bands are carefully chosen to enhance the areas of greatest energy in Make Noise patches. Spaced between them from 11 to 13 semitones, they cover a 6-octave range, ensuring clarity and separation between frequencies even during independent modulations.
