The new API 3122V is a 2-channel microphone preamplifier that embodies API's distinctive analog sound, thanks to the legendary circuitry shared with iconic models such as 3124V, 3124MV, 312, 512V and 512c. Equipped with Op Amp 2520 and proprietary API transformers, the 3122V delivers a powerful, dynamic sound with enormous headroom, ideal for professional recordings and high-end productions.

Intuitive Front Controls and Maximum Versatility

Designed for ease of use in the studio, the front panel includes all key controls: mic/instrument selection, polarity, 48V phantom power, -20dB attenuator, as well as conveniently accessible XLR and Hi-Z inputs. Variable output control allows you to sculpt the output signal level precisely and creatively.

Advanced Features for Recording Studio

The 3122V features a fixed high-pass filter and 3:1 Output Tap option for richer control over sonic character. The two analog VU meters, flanked by peak LEDs, provide accurate real-time level monitoring.
