Erica Synths Black DJ VCF is an analog Eurorack filter designed to provide immediate, performative DJ-style control directly into your modular system. DJ-style filter with intuitive control

The behavior of the filter is designed to replicate the DJ mixer experience: with the Cutoff knob in the middle position (12 o'clock), the signal is fully open. Turning counterclockwise applies a lowpass filter, while turning clockwise brings a highpass filter into action. This architecture allows fast sweeps, build-ups and drops typical of live performances.

Dual analog VCF stages in series

The module integrates two analog filters - lowpass and highpass - connected in series. Filter management is via complex internal CV routing, ensuring smooth and musical transitions between the two filter modes.
