Koma Elektronik's Sensor Pack A is a set of 5 sensors designed to turn your Field Kit into an interactive machine. From environmental control to physical manipulation, these sensors open up new creative possibilities in the studio or live.

Environmental and physical sensors for dynamic modulation

Use light, heat, sound, or motion as sources of modulation. With Sensor Pack A you can make your system sensitive to its surroundings or respond to your touch in real time. Ideal for those who want to explore the interaction between environment and modular sound.

Button / Jack

Works as both a button and a CV input (0-5V). Can be used with both the ANALOG IN and DIGITAL IN inputs of the Field Kit. Fully configurable via jumper.

Electret Microphone

Omnidirectional microphone for sampling the surroundings. Includes trimmer for gain adjustment. Covers the entire audible spectrum from 20 to 20000 Hz. Ideal with ANALOG IN.

Light Sensor

Reacts to visible light with peak sensitivity in green/yellow (570nm). Behavior can be configured by jumper. Compatible with ANALOG IN and DIGITAL IN.

Temperature Sensor

Two modes: continuous CV (0-5V) based on temperature, or trigger activated above a settable threshold. Operating range: -55°C to +125°C.

Ball Switch

A motion-sensitive "shaker" switch, ideal for percussive effects or random modulations. It works with ANALOG IN and DIGITAL IN.
