The 808 cymbal drone generator use 6 fixed frequency square wave oscillators. The oscillator frequency came from the cluster oscillator circuit used in the TR808 drum machine for creating cymbal sound, in fact these are the harmonic frequencies of the sounds of metal plate. Each oscillators have a volume pot. and the 12 db low pass resonant filter, the filter cut-off can be controlled by the potentiometer or CV. The Lumanoise panel are made of plywood 3mm laser cut.
