Upgrading the PMC8-2 to the XBD system offers significant advantages for demanding professionals. This configuration combines the PMC8-2 full-range midfield monitor with the PMC8-2 SUB subwoofer, forming a perfectly integrated system with exceptional bass extension and 6dB more headroom.

Total control and uncompromising performance

The audio signal enters the PMC8-2 and is digitally transmitted to the sub via AES3 output. The powerful DSP built into each cabinet ensures perfect acoustic alignment between the two units. The SoundAlign™ interface allows detailed adjustments to EQ, delays, phase and user presets.

Technical design and advanced connectivity

The PMC 8-2 XBD features state-of-the-art Class-D amplifiers: 400W for high and midrange, and 800W for bass and subwoofer. It accepts analog and AES3 digital signals (up to 192kHz/24bit) and is compatible with network controls via RJ45.
