DVINA Black is the first electroacoustic instrument developed by SOMA Laboratory, designed to blend Eastern musical tradition, technological innovation and sonic experimentation. Direct magnetic transduction and signal purity

The SOMA DVINA Black uses an innovative electromagnetic transduction system that eliminates the need for traditional pickups. Strings vibrate within a magnetic field generated by a neodymium magnet placed in the neck, directly producing an electrical signal.

Clean audio for professional effects and productions

The signal generated by the strings is amplified through a custom transformer built into the body of the instrument, with an operating principle similar to that of a ribbon microphone. The result is an extremely clean, dynamic and interference-free sound, ideal for use with effects pedals, amplifiers, mixers and professional audio interfaces.

The Serial version comes with a semi-rigid case, while the Custom version allows for specific customizations, including left-handed configurations, special finishes, and dedicated carrying accessories.
