The Koma Elektronik DC Motor is a DC motor designed for use with the DC interface of the Field Kit or Kassiopeia. Perfect for electroacoustic and experimental applications, it allows you to generate real physical sounds and vibrations controllable by knob or control voltage (CV), such as an LFO or trigger.

You can attach small objects, tapes or various materials to its axis to create unique sound textures, using surfaces and objects as acoustic elements. In combination with an electromagnetic pickup, the motor can also be used as an oscillator, producing mechanical timbres and metallic drones.

The DC Motor is designed for a nominal voltage of 13.5V, but works perfectly well at lower voltages, with reduced speed but finer control over movement dynamics.
