The DPA 4015A is a condenser microphone with a wide cardioid pattern, perfect for situations where a balance of directionality and openness is needed. The microphone has a built-in -20 dB attenuator to handle extremely high SPLs up to 159 dB. This makes it suitable even for particularly dynamic instruments or for recording in acoustically complex environments.
