Erica Synths Bullfrog Acid Bassline Voice Card is a dedicated card that turns the Bullfrog into a powerful acid bassline machine. By inserting it into the synthesizer's slot, all the necessary connections are automatically created for punchy, dynamic basslines perfect for genres such as acid, techno and experimental electronica.

Immediate, live-ready acid patch

The Voice Card mixes the internal audio sources - SINE, PULSE and NOISE - sending them to the VCF and then to the VCA. The Gate activates both Envelope Generators: EG1 controls the VCA, while EG2 modulates the filter cutoff to achieve typical acid movement.

Expressive control and dynamic modulation

Sample & Hold modulates the waveshape of the VCO adding additional timbral character. To achieve the classic acid feel, we recommend setting the Resonance above 1PM, with EG2 having Attack slightly longer and Release shorter than EG1.

Requires external controller

An external controller such as a MIDI keyboard, MIDI sequencer or CV/Gate sequencer is required to use the Acid Bassline Voice Card. This allows the Bullfrog to be integrated into studio or live setups with maximum flexibility.
