Herbs and Stones Solid Felt is a multi-mode stereo analog filter designed to offer maximum flexibility in sound treatment. In desktop format, it combines sonic power and modular integration, allowing you to work on both mono and stereo signals with highly detailed control.

Stereo analog filter for advanced sound design

Solid Felt can be used in multiple configurations: as two independent mono filters, as a stereo filter with shared cutoff, or in series to achieve a 24dB/oct mono filter. This versatility makes it ideal for precise sound shaping, from subtle interventions to radical transformations.

Full integration with Eurorack systems

With its minijack format CV connections and ability to work in the Eurorack range, Solid Felt integrates seamlessly with modular systems and external instruments. It is also capable of carrying line level signals at the Eurorack level, expanding routing possibilities.

CV control and advanced modulations

Every main parameter is controllable via CV, allowing dynamic automations and complex interactions. The module also includes a normalized envelope follower on input A, useful for extracting dynamic information from the audio signal and using it as a modulation source.

LFOs and creative signal processing

There are two voltage-controlled LFOs: one with waveform control and anti-phase outputs, and one with separate sawtooth waves for rise and fall. These instruments allow the creation of rhythmic modulations, stereo motion effects, and evolutionary textures.

Analog drive and sound saturation

The input gain control allows you to push the signal to saturation and overdrive territories, turning Solid Felt also into a powerful analog character processor for aggressive, harmonic-rich sounds.
