The NU-47VS3 represents the third generation of Nordic Audio Labs' 47V family. The result of 30 years of research and refinement, this microphone completely abandons the limitations of vintage technologies to offer a new sound paradigm: the warmth and harmonic richness of tube microphones, but without tubes.

FloFET™: the heart of a new classic

At the heart of the NU-47VS3 is the proprietary FloFET™ circuitry, which faithfully reproduces the harmonic behavior of tubes while providing stability, quietness and modern convenience of use. The precision-engineered 30mm D100K capsule contributes to natural sound performance with controlled and pleasant high-frequency extension.

Sound flexibility and uncompromising construction

The microphone offers a selection of 7 polar patterns, from cardioid to omnidirectional through figure-8, to suit any studio situation. Handmade in Finland with the highest quality components, it comes with shock mount, dedicated power supply, cable and hardcase.
