OXI Instruments META Black is a 6HP Eurorack stereo effects module designed for live performances and professional modular setups. Compact and intuitive, it integrates six FX scenes with double variation each, allowing smooth transitions, progressive build-ups and impactful drops without complex menus or deep navigation.

Performance-oriented Eurorack effects module

META is designed for immediate, performance-oriented use. FX and CTRL controls allow you to shape sound in real time with one hand, making it ideal for electronic live sets, techno, ambient, and modular hybrid setups. Each scene includes two selectable dynamic variations to create fast, musical sound evolutions.

6 FX scenes dedicated to transitions and creativity

SPACE - Classic long-tail reverb with tone and filter control, or experimental mode from shimmer to deep black-hole type textures.

RISER - High Pass Filter with reverb and noise build-up or Shepard Tone-style build-up for infinite growls.

FILTER - DJ-style Low Pass / High Pass filter with resonance control.

LOOP - Looper and Reverse Looper / Beat Repeat synchronized to tempo.

DELAY - Delay synchronized with Reverb Wash and HP/LP filter.

GATER - Gater with time division and built-in HP filter or snare roll build-up with reverb.

CV control and advanced synchronization

Most parameters can be modulated via CV, offering total integration into the Eurorack system. The clock can be received externally or set via Tap Tempo. Each scene allows the storage of an additional configurable parameter, as well as the input gain level.

Compact, rugged and upgradeable

With only 6HP and skiff-friendly design, META Black integrates easily into even the most compact racks. The construction is solid, and the firmware is constantly evolving through software updates driven by the OXI Instruments community.
