The Chandler Limited Germanium Compressor is distinguished by its all-class A design, identical to that of the famous Germanium series preamplifiers and equalizers. Advanced controls and sonic flexibility

The Germanium Comp integrates controls such as a Wet/Dry mix function, a "Comp Curve" compression curve selector with multiple diodes, the ability to switch between Clean and Dirty compression, and a selectable sidechain filter. Each parameter has been optimized in the studio for maximum musicality.

Wet/Dry Mix and Sidechain

The ability to mix compressed and dry signal directly from the unit allows extreme control over dynamics. The selectable sidechain filter (30Hz-300Hz) allows the compressor response to be shaped to the needs of the mix.
