The Chandler Limited RS660 COMP is a hand-built, single/linkable tube compressor and limiter housed in a two-rack unit chassis with internal power supply. Inspired by the historic EMI RS124 and Fairchild 660 compressors used at Abbey Road in the 1960s, the RS660 is not a mere replica, but a refined and modern evolution of those legendary circuits.

Based on a 6386 tube, the circuit has been optimized for a more efficient and richer sound response, perfect for vocals, drums and guitars. In THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) mode, the RS660 delivers harmonic coloration without compression, inspired by TG1 and TG12413 Zener Limiter.
