Erica Synths EDU DIY System - Complete Analog Modular System

Erica Synths EDU DIY System is a complete analog modular system in Eurorack format, developed as part of the mki x es.EDU educational series in collaboration with Moritz Klein. The goal of the project is to teach analog synthesizer circuit design from scratch, taking the user step by step through understanding each module.

It is not simply a matter of assembling modules and mounting them in the rack: each kit is designed as a structured training course, explaining circuit choices and their impact on behavior and final sound.

The system allows you to build a complete modular monosynth and includes:

Educational Platform for Analog Synthesis.

Each module is accompanied by a detailed manual of more than 40 pages (downloadable separately), which delves into both circuit electronics and the fundamentals of sound synthesis. The mki x es.EDU project was created with the intention of inspiring new designers and contributing to the evolution of electronic music technology.

The kits are designed to be accessible to those with little experience, but still require assembly and soldering. No technical support is provided for any problems arising from DIY assembly.
