PMC 12 SUB: reference subwoofer for professional systems

The PMC12 SUB is designed to complement any PMC monitoring system as an independent low-frequency subwoofer. It shares the latest generation ATL™ cabinet with LaminairX™ from the full-range PMC12 model, but is devoid of tweeters and midrange drivers, focusing exclusively on accurate and powerful bass reproduction.

Low-distortion 12" PMC proprietary driver

The single 12" LF driver was developed in-house by PMC and includes dual magnets, a 3" three-layer voice coil, and a highly stable suspension. This ensures linear driving force even at high excursion levels, achieving performance comparable to conventional 15" subwoofers but with more control and speed.

DSP master36 amplification and room optimization

The system is powered by the PMC master36 rack unit, which provides 1000W in class D with very high transparency. The built-in DSP offers optimized high-pass and low-pass filters, intelligent protection, and detailed environmental adjustments via the SoundAlign2 interface via LAN.

Expandability and flexibility for high-performance systems

For needs for more sound pressure and headroom in the low end, a second PMC12 SUB can be added in a dual-sub configuration, maintaining centralized control via master36 for a total power output of 2000W.
