ALM Dinky's Taiko: Digital Drum Voice with Analog EQ

ALM Busy Circuits' Dinky's Taiko is a 12-bit digital drum voice module designed to offer a wide range of percussive sounds and rhythmic timbres. It features an audio output path with analog equalization for a rich, moldable sound.

Extended Synthesis and Control

The module is divided into three main sections: a digital noise generator with controllable frequency and release, a wavetable oscillator with 24 waveforms and start/end frequency settings, and finally a mix and tone section for audio output.

CV Control and Performance Interface

All parameters except tone control are modulable via CV, offering extensive possibilities for sound manipulation. Trigger, accent and choke inputs enable dynamic and articulate performances.

Compact Format and ALM Reliability

The module is reverse polarity protected, has a compact 12HP format, and is perfectly suited for skiff systems. This used specimen has been tested and guarantees full functionality.
