You've chosen the right sounds and the arrangement works, but the tracks step on each other's toes: overlapping frequencies, closed and muddled mix. Waves Curves Resolve eliminates masking and "mud" quickly and musically, offering an intelligent way to bring the elements of your mix together.

Intelligent carving between two tracks

Curves Resolve processes one track while listening to another (sidechain), carving space only when and where there is a conflict. The result is a cleaner, more open mix with greater separation and without the "overprocessing" effect: transparent, controllable and difficult to overdo.

Dynamic or Steady: total control over behavior

You can react to clashes in real time with Dynamic mode, or use Learn to "learn" and fix a more consistent and predictable curve. Plus, you can dose the two modes and find the perfect point between naturalness and stability.

Musical sidechain: decide what should listen

With the sidechain's filter and tilt controls, you address Resolve toward the really important frequencies. This keeps the carving intentional, precise, and always musical, avoiding unnecessary intervention in areas that don't create problems.

Ducking, rethought

Resolve is also a ducker with two approaches: Wide for classic full-band ducking (perfect for voice over music), and Unmask for selective intelligent ducking that reduces only conflicting frequencies while maintaining presence and impact.
