Erica Synths Black Ring-Xfade is a versatile Eurorack module designed for creative sound design, combining two analog ring modulators, a CV-controllable crossfader and a built-in VCA. Part of the renowned Black Series, it offers instant control and professional performance in the modular realm.

Dual Ring Modulators for complex timbres

The module integrates two independent ring modulators, each with dedicated signal input and CV input. This configuration enables the creation of metallic harmonics, experimental textures and nonlinear modulations typical of analog ring modulation.

Crossfader with CV control and AC/DC mode.

The crossfader allows mixing of two input signals with manual control and via CV. AC/DC switch expands operational possibilities, allowing both audio-rate and control modulation uses.

Built-in VCA with flexible CV management

The built-in VCA features CV input selectable between unipolar (0V to +10V) and bipolar (-5V to +5V) modes, making the module compatible with various modulation sources and complex setups.

Comprehensive tool for modular performers
