In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments, Consumer customers who are not satisfied with products purchased from Milk Audio Store may exercise their right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of the price paid, under the terms and conditions described below.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to Consumers, meaning natural persons who purchase for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, craft or professional activity.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by professionals, companies or entrepreneurs (VAT number holders) purchasing in the course of their business activity, nor for purchases made in person at our store.
The Consumer has 14 calendar days to communicate their decision to withdraw from the purchase. The deadline runs from the day on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product (or the last product, in the case of an order with separate deliveries).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit communication to Milk Audio Store before the 14-day deadline expires, via:
The communication must include: full name, order number, product code/description for which withdrawal is requested, and the original shipping address.
Sending the communication within the deadline is sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal: the goods do not need to have already been returned by that date.
After communicating withdrawal, the Consumer must return the products to Milk Audio Store within 14 days of the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw.
The goods must be shipped at the Consumer’s expense, complete with all required elements:
The shipment must be made via tracked express courier with packaging adequate to protect the product during transit. Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.

Milk Audio Store will refund all payments received, including initial delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication.
However, Milk Audio Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back, or until the Consumer has provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost to the Consumer.

Milk Audio Store reserves the right to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product, where such diminution is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In particular, the refund may be reduced or withheld in the following cases:
Goods that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted if the return shipment has not been previously authorised by Milk Audio Store. In the absence of prior authorisation, parcels will not be accepted upon delivery.
