Two components for maximum flexibility

UM225 for 5.0, UM226 for 5.1 with dedicated LFE

UM225 allows stereo content to be distributed over 5 surround channels, while UM226 includes an LFE channel with 4th-order low-pass filter for use with subwoofers.

Ambience, punch, stage, trim and diffusion

With 8 internal algorithms, you can choose how to distribute stereo material on L/R, Center and Surround. Control image width, emphasize transients, and optimize center presence. Ambience controls allow you to create a wider or intimate scene as needed.

Bass extension and surround display

UM226 includes LoAir, which adds one-octave bass harmonics for deep, cinematic sounds. Surround energy visualization helps you understand how the signal is distributed in space.
