Returns and Restocking

In accordance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005 No. 206 (as amended and supplemented), the customer Consumer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance payment.

Who can exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is applicable only and exclusively for purchases made by natural persons(consumer) and therefore for the purchase of goods not used professionally and for sales initiated and resolved at a distance(e.g. purchases made by telephone or online with home delivery).

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by professionals, companies or entrepreneurs (holders of VAT number in general) and for purchases made in the presence at our store.

How do you activate the practice to exercise the right of withdrawal?

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days after delivery of the products, or within 14 days after the purchase of the goods or services, by sending a request via e-mail to support@milkaudiostore.com, containing all the necessary and useful information for proper processing of the practice of return and refund.

In order to proceed with the request, it is necessary to be in possession of the following materials:

• Original and undamaged packaging in its entirety
• Accessories included in the confesione of the product (by way of example: power supplies, adapters, stickers...)
• Purchase invoice
• Product codes for which the return is requested

How should I make the return of the goods?

After receiving confirmation regarding the suitability of the return request, the merchandise, complete with original packaging and accessories, must be shipped at the customer's expense, within 10 days of authorization to return it to our office in Rome:

The shipment must be sent by express courier that allows the traceability of the shipment and must be adequately protected in order to safeguard the original packaging and the functioning of the product.

How quickly will the refund be issued?

The refund will be issued by the within 14 days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse following conformity inspection by our staff.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

• Audiovisual products or computer software in download or sealed, opened by the consumer
• Custom-made or clearly customized goods

Warnings and more information

Milk Audio Store reserves the right not to issue a refund in cases where:

• the goods do not arrive in our warehouse within the agreed time frame
• the returned merchandise is damaged
• the returned merchandise has obvious signs of wear and tear
• the returned goods have the original packaging ruined or in case of lack of accessories or user manuals
