The ESI MIDIMATE eX is a compact and powerful USB MIDI interface designed to easily connect external MIDI instruments to your computer. 2 MIDI Ports Configurable as In or Out

Each MIDI connector can function independently as an Input or Output. Connecting the cable to a MIDI OUT of an external instrument will receive the signal from the software via the MIDI input. By connecting it to a MIDI IN, it will be possible to send data from the software to the instrument via the MIDI playback function.

This is done with accurate timing and minimal latency, which is essential for precise recordings, hardware synchronization, and use with DAWs and professional music software.

Plug & Play - No external power supply

The interface is bus powered and requires no external power supply. It is fully Plug & Play on:

• Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.1, 10, 11
• macOS (32 and 64 bit)

No need to install dedicated drivers for standard use. For advanced multi-device or multi-client setups on Windows, the ESI MIDI Port driver is optionally available.
