Legendary preamplification in modern format

The Neve 1073 OPX with ADAT USB Card is the modern version of the 1073® preamplifier, an icon of Neve's analog sound. It integrates eight preamplifiers in a compact 2U rackmount chassis, each equipped with Marinair® transformers to deliver the authentic tone that made the 1073 famous. Its versatility makes it perfect for professional studios, broadcast environments and live applications.

Full connectivity for every situation

The front panel houses combo XLR/TRS and D.I. Mic/Line inputs, while the back has D-sub connectors for quick integration into your setup. Mic and line sources benefit from an absolute quality input stage, while instruments can be connected directly thanks to the front D.I.'s, ideal for in-room tracking or control rooms.

Remote control and advanced monitoring

Dedicated software allows control of up to 8 1073 OPX units (64 total preamps) with automatic storage of settings (Total Recall™). There is also an independent stereo monitoring path with separate level control and zero-latency monitoring capability.

ADAT/USB digital card: flexible integration

Included in the bundle, the optional Digital I/O card with ADAT and USB connections turns the 1073 OPX into a powerful standalone audio interface. It offers mastering-level A/D conversion up to 192kHz/24-bit, with USB output for direct computer connection and ADAT connections for integration with external digital converters or interfaces equipped with optical input. Word Clock Sync and headroom selection (+18, +24, +26dB) complete a high-level technical package.
