Prologue is a new fully programmable professional synthesizer with extraordinary functions. in this class of instruments it was preceded by 4-voice analog polyphonic minilogue, and by the small but very powerful monologue monophonic.

This new instrument is an analog polyphonic synth equipped with a keyboard with standard keys, whose electronic circuitry derives directly from the previous models, with some important implementations, including a new integrated digital multi-synthesis system, and a powerful DSP for the generation of effects of the highest quality.

In this way, prologue exponentially expands the possibilities of creating new sounds. The series includes two models capable of meeting the needs of the most demanding musicians both on stage and in the studio: prologue 16 with 61-key keyboard and 16 polyphony voices, and prologue-8 with 49-key keyboard and 8 polyphony voices. These two instruments are able to generate timbres that go far beyond the possibilities offered by analogue subtractive synthesis alone.
