The TUBE-TECH modular Micpre/ DI is based on our classic MP1A but features improved fidelity and new features.

The PM1A tube amplifier is upgraded to even higher headroom than the earlier TUBE-TECH micpre”s.

By adding this feature, John Petersen also raised the audio quality of the amplifier to a new level .

The first listening tests of the PM1A immediately showed improved transparency and fidelity.

Many recordings has proven the quality of the PM1A to be true state of the art.

The micpre also features an impedance switch that perfectly match the input to all different types of microphones, including the increasing amount of popular ribbon mic”s.

Overload is now indicated with a red LED.
