Novation is a British company founded in 1992 that has built its reputation by developing synthesizers, MIDI controllers and music-production instruments combining immediate control, digital integration and considerable sonic depth. One of the first brands to explore the relationship between digital sound generation and analogue signal processing convincingly, Novation has progressively refined this philosophy in Summit, the most advanced polyphonic and bi-timbral synthesizer in its range.

The Summit is Novation's flagship synthesizer: a 16-voice, bi-timbral polyphonic instrument based on the architecture of Peak. Each voice features three digital New Oxford Oscillators with conventional waveforms and wavetables, an analogue filter, advanced modulation, distortion and effects. Its two independent parts can be layered, split across the keyboard or routed to separate outputs, providing outstanding flexibility in the studio and on stage. The Bass Station II is one of the most highly regarded affordable monophonic and paraphonic analogue synthesizers available, featuring two analogue oscillators, a sub-oscillator, two distinct filters, overdrive, distortion, two LFOs, envelopes, an arpeggiator and a sequencer of up to 32 steps. The AFX Special Edition is the limited edition developed in collaboration with Richard D. James, better known as Aphex Twin, and features dedicated panel graphics for its AFX Mode functions.

The MiniNova and UltraNova belong to the Nova family, combining powerful digital synthesis engines with built-in vocoders and extensive modulation possibilities. For DAW-based production, the Launchpad Pro MK3 and Launchpad X are benchmark controllers for performing and composing with Ableton Live. Both feature 64 RGB pads with velocity sensitivity and polyphonic pressure; Launchpad Pro MK3 also adds a four-track standalone sequencer, MIDI connections and advanced functions for controlling external hardware. The Launchkey Mini MK3 is a compact MIDI controller designed for producers and musicians on the move. The 49SL MKIII and 61SL MKIII controller workstations feature semi-weighted keyboards, an internal eight-track sequencer, five RGB LCD screens and deep integration with DAWs, software instruments and hardware synthesizers.
