Intellijel VCO 1U: "mighty oscillations" in mini format

Intellijel VCO 1U is an extremely compact, triangle core-based analog oscillator designed to deliver clean waveforms and reliable tracking. It is perfect as a "utility" modulation source when you set it to LFO mode, but it has all the presence needed to also become a true main oscillator in a 1U system.

Four pure waveforms, always available

Unlike many compact oscillators, here you have four simultaneous outputs: Sine, Triangle, Square and Sawtooth. This allows you to pick the right tone on the fly or use multiple waveforms together for rich patches, layering and cross modulations.

Pitch Control, FM and Hard Sync

The 1V/Oct input ensures predictable behavior for melodic lines and bass, while the FM input expands modulation possibilities. The SYNC input supports Hard Sync and integrates a comparator, so you can synchronize the core using even different waveforms as trigger sources.

VCO/LFO mode and octave management

With the VCO/LFO switch you switch between audio range and modulation range. The PITCH control offers a wide range: in VCO mode it covers 3 octaves (extendable to 7 with the octave switch), while in LFO mode it goes up to 7 octaves (extendable to 11 with the octave switch). The three-position switch also lets you quickly jump up or down two octaves to immediately find the perfect range.
