The Schoeps INV-7 is a professional elastic suspension designed for Schoeps CMC and CMIT series shotgun and pencil microphones. Based on the Rycote InVision Broadcast system, this anti-vibration mount is designed to minimize mechanical noise transmitted by stands, microphone stands or cables.

Using Rycote's Lyre technology, the system provides extremely effective vibration isolation without the use of traditional rubber bands, offering greater durability and stability over time.

Rycote Lyre Suspension System

Lyre technology is one of the standards in the broadcast industry for mechanical isolation of microphones. Made of durable thermoplastic material, the suspension retains its elastic properties even after heavy use, reducing handling noise and media-borne vibration.

This results in cleaner recordings, especially important in broadcast, film and professional recording applications.

InVision Series Modular Design

Rycote InVision series stands are designed with a modular system that uses different sizes of Lyre suspension and mounting bars. This allows the stand to be adapted to different microphones and recording configurations.
