The Synergy Core interfaces and AFC clocking: reference conversion and emulations of the most iconic analog hardware, processed in real time right inside the interface.
Antelope Audio was born from an obsession: the clock. Before it ever built audio interfaces, the company founded by Igor Levin brought atomic master clocks to professional audio — above all the legendary rubidium 10M — becoming the worldwide reference for timing accuracy in the most prestigious studios. That same heritage, the fruit of more than twenty years of clocking expertise, is today at the heart of every Antelope converter: the proprietary 64-bit AFC (Acoustically Focused Clocking) technology and the jitter-management algorithms deliver a wide, separated and artifact-free stereo image — a sound once reserved for the highest-end studios.
On this foundation rests a range of interfaces designed for every level of production. On the desktop, the Zen Go Synergy Core brings higher-class converters and preamps in a compact, USB-C bus-powered format, while the Zen Tour Synergy Core adds extended connectivity and DC-coupled outputs to drive modular synthesizers via CV. For multichannel work, the Discrete 4 Pro and the Discrete 8 Pro Synergy Core feature discrete Class-A 6-transistor preamps inspired by classic consoles, with conversion up to 130 dB of headroom. At the top of the range, the Orion 32+ Gen 4 and the Zen Quadro handle dozens of channels and hundreds of effects, up to the Galaxy 32 Synergy Core, which combines mastering-grade conversion, a digital patch bay and simultaneous operation over Dante, HDX and Thunderbolt 3 — the reference choice for studios working in networked setups and immersive Dolby Atmos.
The real hallmark is Synergy Core: a hybrid processing platform that combines FPGA and DSP chips to run effects directly on the hardware, with virtually zero latency even with dozens of active instances. That means recording and monitoring through the emulation itself — an opto compressor, a British-console-style EQ, a vintage limiter — hearing the processing as you play, not after. The library counts over 90 real-time effects modeled on classic and rare analog outboard, expandable from the Antelope Software Store. With the Edge and Verge modeling microphones and the Accusonic 3D engine you can also turn a single capsule into replicas of the most sought-after vintage mics, with control over polar pattern and proximity effect even after recording, while Auto-Tune Synergy brings real-time pitch correction inside the interface.
The ecosystem doesn't stop at the hardware. The Cosmos native plugin suite brings over 75 Antelope processors straight into your DAW — even without an interface — covering the whole chain from recording to mastering, while the afx2daw bridge lets you use Synergy Core effects as inserts in the main workstations. A complete platform, from clocking to conversion to processing, designed for producers, engineers and sound technicians who refuse to compromise.
