Hand-finished Asada Zakura wooden ear cups

The red wood of the Asada Zakura naturally dampens the headphone’s internal resonances, contributing to a clean sound with a warm and well-defined tone. The semi-gloss finish is applied by hand and highlights the wood grain, making each pair of headphones slightly different from the next.

Magnesium alloy headbands

D.A.D.S. System for Controlled Bass

The D.A.D.S. (Double Air Damping System) divides the enclosure into two chambers and controls the movement of air behind the driver. 4-pin balanced XLR connection and detachable A2DC cables

Two 3-meter detachable cables are included, both featuring A2DC connectors on the headphone side: one unbalanced with a 6.3 mm jack and one balanced with a 4-pin XLR connector. This allows you to connect the ATH-AWAS to either a traditional headphone output or a balanced headphone amplifier, for better channel separation.
